Delete your account

You can delete your Puffin account at any time, from the Puffin Services app, the Puffin Caregivers app, or our website.
1. Families (Puffin Services app and website)
- Sign in and open your profile.
- Tap Delete my account at the bottom of the page.
- Read what will be deleted, tick the box, and tap Delete my account.
This deletes your sign-in, your profile and your children's details, your photo ID, your saved card, your LookBook posts and your notification settings. We email you to confirm.
If you have a booking we haven't finished yet (your card is still on hold), you can delete your account once that booking is done or cancelled.
2. Caregivers (Puffin Caregivers app)
- Open the app and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account, then Ask Puffin to delete my account.
Puffin then closes your account and removes your profile, photo and documents, and lets you know. If you have shifts coming up, we talk with you about them first.
3. What we keep
Some records must be kept by law even after an account is deleted: records of bookings and payments for families, and pay, tax and shift records for caregivers. Messages are kept for the time set out in our Privacy Policy, then deleted.

If you can't sign in, email admin@puffinservices.com from the email address on your account, or call (604) 283-2829, and we will delete it for you.
